When I told my son, my son informed me that he had said exactly the same when he met our other 2 kittens a year or so earlier. So if he tells you your animal Is beautiful and he would love it.... it is his “Have to say to clients”.

So my son brought him home and he was okay. What was disgusting was when I queried the vet about the change in pricing to exactly what vetpay. Approved me. And he turned around and said if not for him we would have killed our cat . My son is not a murderer of our pets, his loves so pure that if the quality of our cats life was going to be totally affected he loved him enough to let him go... but the vet made it sound awful. I also asked if he would have continued if we didn’t have the extra $200 he informed it would take. His reply was that he would have stopped and sent us to the rspca.. after telling us how much pain our baby was in....... he was so harsh and awful in his replies. He totally lost me. He is very clever to suck people in.

Without going into lots of detail I just wanted to say I would not recommend anyone to go here. They put on a clever caring front, had myself and my son fooled. Make sure you have extra money or operation would be stopped and you would be sent to the rspa. Even after telling you that your pet is in lots of pain, given one amount then I stupidly told him how much vetpay had allowed me .. he knew when he informed me mid operation what he was doing and queried if I could pay ... it would be $600 not $400. Then at the end it came to exactly the amount vet pay approved $1000. I brought it up to him as I lost faith in him and I gave him the chance to explain. He was very defensive and stern. And turned it around on my son. As he told us mid operation of taking out 2teeth to tell me it would be all of his teeth due to a disease. We had never heard of it and rang breeders I know and googled, and rang and spoke to one of his staff to query what sort of life our cat would have with no teeth. My breeder friends had cats up to 18 years of age and not had any teeth out and had never heard of taking all teeth out. I was informed that it could take a few months for him to be able to chew . Knowing that he loves to play bite, and needed his teeth to defend himself and not get beaten up. After much investigation my son said to put him down, as his life would be awful for him and it would be selfish to make him live with no teeth. He made this choice through unselfish pure love. The vet offered to Rehome him, so he obviously did not understand that we wanted his life to be of quality... if anyone was to keep him it would be us. When my son went in, the vet told him our cat would be ok and that he Still had his K9’s. this fact he did not tell us earlier.

Excellent! Dr. Christine was very caring and gentle with my toy poodle, consultation fee was normal even though she took time to explain to me that didn't need to spend the money by taking an aggressive approach. She even asked me to call if the problem wasn't cleared up in a day and she would leave the meds at the counter for pickup. The other vet i have been to in the area would've taken the opportunity to charge for another consult! I would highly recommend this Vet clinic.

I have a cavoodle that is 7 years old and a gorgeous loving friendly dog. We were going for our usual walk in Albert Park at 4.30 in the afternoon. In an unprovoked attacked Benji was attacked by a Great Dane Cross. He suffered severe injuries to the back of his neck and buttock where the dog tried to pull his tail off. He was distressed and so was I. I quickly phoned the nearest vet and was told they could see him the next day. I then proceeded to phone Mermaid waters vet clinic. It was close to closing time. The nurse said to bring him straight down and within 15 minutes Dr Stephen Georgeson had him on the operating table repairing his injuries .Dr Georgeson put him back together with superb surgery (many internal stitches and external stitches as well and drainage tubes. He is recovering nicely. The treatment we received was professional and shown with kindness and compassion. Benji's wounds are healing beautifully. I am extremely grateful for finding this clinic and will remain t a client for the rest of beloved Benj's life. Thank Dr Georgeson and thank you to the wonderful staff. I will never forget :)

The staff I spoke with were friendly and helpful but the product I bought was $5 more than my usual vet. It was only a small pack that usually doesn't cost $15.

He told me that my new kitten was absolutely beautiful and he would love to. Have her. And that he HAS TO TELL PEOPLE THEIR KITTEN/CAT IS BEAUTIFUL but that he truly meant it with her.

Originally quoted 300 -350 by the vet to get my dog desexed. Then i arrive on the day "sorry blood test will be extra, but if she doesn't have it the anesthesia might kill her" 80$. "Shes a year old?" another $55. "Been in season recently?" Yes 2 months ago. $60. "E collar?" 10$. "Dew claw removed? she may catch it on something and bleed!" 25$. Then to top it off my dog has to get checked out again because shes had constant diarrhoea since the procedure... another $60. In the end im out of pocket twice what i was quoted.
